In addition, you are assigned a dedicated team, including a project manager, to execute all facets of the search process. This team will fully immerse themselves in your assignment until a candidate has been successfully hired at your company.

Contingency Search

Contingency search utilizes our expertise and years of recruiting experience to focus on identifying candidates that meet our client’s specific needs. Within this model of recruitment, a fee is only paid if a candidate is successfully identified, presented, and hired by the client.

Special Projects/Recruitment Process Outsourcing

If your firm has a specific recruiting project or would like to outsource part, or all of your recruiting process, we can tailor our services according to your needs.  Rates are available on a project, hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
